«Oil Resource» continues to implement the program of pilot tests of the multifluid thermal technology (MTT) for the formation.

Over the past weeks, a significant amount of preparatory work has been completed to start the equipment installation: the site’s embankment has been completed, slabs have been laid in accordance with the technological scheme, a scheme for arranging steam pipeline supports has been developed, and water intake wells have been constructed.



Currently, at the Lugovskoye field, the technological equipment of the MTT fleet is being installed in accordance with the developed scheme. The next stage is the installation of equipment, connection to utility networks and its grounding to ensure electrical safety and stable operation of equipment.



  Commissioning with the participation of Chinese partners and ensuring readiness for the injection of the mixture into the well are scheduled for October. The next stage is a 30‑day monitoring of the flow rate.

Successful testing of the MTT technology will make it possible to offer the industry a scalable technology in the format of a comprehensive oilfield service.
