This information is not true.

As of June 30, 2026, «Oil Resource»LLC has no outstanding obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines and interest which is confirmed by an official certificate from the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

The Company fulfills its tax obligations on time and in full. To confirm this, we publish an official certificate from the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
