"Oil Resource" LLC and Operational Services Center JSC under the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation announce the signing of a Cooperation Agreement aimed at developing a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership in the scientific and technical area in the field of development and implementation of innovative solutions in the oil and gas industry.

Within the framework of the strategic partnership, it is planned to conduct joint scientific research, analytical reviews, development and implementation of innovative technologies for the fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation, promote the formation of industry standards and field trials methods as well as develop scientific and technical cooperation with the BRICS, SCO, OPEC+, African and Asian countries.

Pursuant to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 31, 2019 No. 3260-r of FSUE Operational Services Center of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation was transformed into Operational Services Center JSC, 100% of which shares are owned by the Russian Federation.
