General Meeting of Members

The supreme governing body of Limited Liability Company "Oil Resource Group" is the General Meeting of Members.

The right to vote at the General Meeting of Members is held by the members — owners of a share in the authorized capital of the company. Any participant personally or through his/her/its representative has the right to participate in the General Meeting of Members.

Sole executive body

The powers of the sole executive body of «Oil Resource Group» LLC were transferred to the management organization JSC «Kirillitsa» on the basis of Resolution of Sole Member of "Oil Resource Group" LLC dated 02.03.2022 and the Agreement on the transfer of powers of the sole executive body dated 03.03.2022.

Director General of JSC «Kirillitsa» is Garagul Semyon Sergeevich according to Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Members of JSC «Kirillitsa» No. 7 dated 25.04.2023.
