External Auditor
The Company engages independent external auditors to audit accounting (financial) statements prepared in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards (RAS). The Company's auditor is JSC "AK Art-Audit". The following criteria are considered when selecting an external auditor:
- The auditor's independence determined on the basis of a number of factors including by assessing the volume of non-audit services provided by the applicant company;
- The auditor's experience and qualifications that make it possible to provide the necessary quality of services within the acceptable period;
- The auditor's performance in the previous period.
