We hereby inform the company’s partners and investors that, as of June 5, 2025, Oil Resourse Group LLC has been officially registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) of Russia under its new name: Oil Resource LLC.

This name is the only valid designation for the brand and legal entity of Oil Resource LLC.

The renaming of the legal entity in English has also been done. The new name of the company: «Oil Resource» Limited Liability Company.

Kirillitsa JSC has completed the transfer of the exclusive rights to use patents for the multifluid thermal technology (MTT) to the subsidiary oil company "Oil Resource". The rights were included in the authorized capital of Oil Resource LLC in the form of a non-monetary contribution from the sole member of the company.

On September 16, the TNF Industrial and Energy Forum hosted the closed-door discussion on the development of the multifluid thermal technology (MTT). It was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Energy, major vertically integrated oil companies including Gazprom Neft and Surgutneftegaz, the management of Kirillitsa Group of Companies (including "Oil Resource" Oil Company) as well as equipment manufacturers and employees of scientific institutions involved in the development of hard-to-recover oil reserves (HTR).

"Oil Resource" Oil Company (part of the "Kirillitsa" Group of Companies) has successfully placed 100% of the issue of exchange-traded bonds of the 001P-02 series in the amount of 3 billion rubles. The placement started on August 1, 2025.
